Home Water Monitors and Shutoff Valves
These devices connect to the main water line in your home. Once connected, they monitor water use, alert you to leaks, and can automatically (or manually) shut off the water supply to avoid a flood. You can control your home’s water supply and see use patterns- right on your phone, from anywhere in the world.
Appliance Shutoff Valves
Similar to whole home monitors, these valves automatically shut off the water supply to individual appliances, such as a dishwasher or water heater. If a leak is detected, the valve will shut off the water and alert you with an alarm or app notification on your phone, preventing water damage without you lifting a finger.
Sump Pumps & Outlets
If you rely on a sump pump to keep water out of your basement, new, sophisticated solutions take flood protection to the next level. These systems include battery powered backup pumps and an app to monitor water levels, battery life, and status from your phone. Another option is an outlet, which monitors pump health, power, and water levels, alerting you to a problem before it’s too late.
Leak Detection Devices
The most economical option- leak detection devices monitor moisture levels in an area and will send you an alert when water is detected. They don’t shut off the water for you, but they can detect issues that might’ve otherwise gone unnoticed.
